So, ein paar Tage ist die WM nun her, aber es ist immer noch schwer zu glauben, was da passiert ist! Doppelweltmeister und insgesamt vier Medaillen!? Einfach Wahnsinn!

Dann der Empfang zu Hause am Flughafen. Nochmal Gänsehaut. Die Tage daheim waren jetzt sehr fein. Etwas erholen, das Geschehene verarbeiten und wieder top vorbereiten, auf das was nun noch kommt.

Denn heute geht’s in Oslo schon wieder weiter. Erste Station des Rawair. Auch wenn die nächsten Tage sicherlich sehr anstrengend werden, freue ich mich schon sehr auf diese Herausforderung!

So, the World Championships are over since Saturday but what happened there is still hard to believe! Double World Champion and overall four medals!? Wicked!

Then the welcome at the airport at home. Goosebumps again. The days at home were really nice. Some relaxing, to come to terms with all what happened and of course preparing for everything coming up now.

Today we already continue in Oslo, the first station of the Rawair tournament. Although the next days will be very intense, I’m looking forward to all those competitions.
